6 personality traits and soul exercises for the path as a light warrior
Hello beloved soul rushing friends,
In the summer of 2019 we entered a new 13-year cycle that will completely encompass our new decade. It will be a decade of change. The time has come for all the "Indigo-Born," whether young, old, or even older, to stop hiding and step out and continue this Shift. The time of the light warriors has now come. 13 years of standing up in all walks of life and demonstrating, "Here we are, embracing change!"
And yes, it will not be all humans. Not every soul wants to take on the task of a light warrior in this incarnation and by reading this article you will certainly get a feeling for whether you feel called to be a light warrior or not. And if not, that's perfectly fine too, because in the time of change we not only need the light warriors, we also need the light workers, the light keepers, the light bringers. And every single human being, every single soul, does its most valuable work there in the area where it feels at home and where it belongs. Every activity is of equal value and equally important.
The path of the light warrior is not necessarily the easiest and requires a lot of "soul work" from those who have decided to dedicate themselves to this path.
So let's dive into 6 traits that you can acquire as a light warrior on your vocation path in order to be able to master the tasks of this time and for each one I'll give you a little soul exercise or suggestion if it's not that easy again is. Of course there are more light warrior traits and if everything goes the way I imagine it, then this year I will present you with the right book "Light Warrior" and the right course, in which we will delve much deeper into the matter will get in.
But with these 7 traits you can start working very well:
As light warriors, we are not invited to make any more "lazy compromises". Warning: this doesn't mean not making any more compromises at all, just no more "lazy" ones. That means: as light warriors we carry forward the change of this wave of times. It's about acting for the good of everyone on this planet. And no matter what your radius, for you touch, we always come into contact with needs of other souls, whether human, animal or Gaia.
As light warriors, it is our task to find ways - compromises - so that everyone is fine in the context of being together. If we refused any compromise, one runs the risk of becoming ruthless, denying other living beings their power over their own life and creation, and becoming a dictator in their own realm. But that's not what it's about as a light warrior.
However, it is important to learn to distinguish between the "bad" compromises and the "good" ones. In "lazy" compromises, one quickly feels like a loser, as the one who has to back down and act against one's own truth. It is therefore important, whether in the private or in the large social aspect, that as a light warrior you always feel into the creative processes that you are striving for and in which you build something together with others, such as relationships, partnerships, family, companies, politics etc.
The compromise exercise
When you sign a “contract”, and by that I also mean agreements that you make verbally with your partner, for example, such as you do less sport so that you have more time for your partner or you stop smoking because your partner disturbs etc. (feel free to think up your own example) – take the time to feel into it: how do you feel about the agreement.
If you have a "good" compromise, you're fine too. You may regret a little that you may be able to do less sport now, but you are also looking forward to spending more time with your partner. A "rotten" compromise puts you in a bad mood of some sort. You may feel patronized, restricted, annoyed, stressed, sad, lacking in energy, frustrated and you are by no means looking forward to the time you are supposed to spend with your partner.
The example is now quite mundane and is only intended to give an idea of how important it is to find ways and solutions where all parties do not get the feeling of being the loser. Finding good solutions is not always easy. It often takes time to try things out until everything fits. Always pay attention to your feelings before, during and after.
Ultimately, a warrior of light wants everyone to be well, and he is willing to make sacrifices for this, but without giving up his true inner core for it. Sooner or later that would rob a light warrior of light and fire and let him burn out mentally. If you already feel this way, then you are invited to take a closer look at the following trait:
Here we come to the second characteristic. A light warrior is usually constantly in the process of looking inside and outside. How am I? how is the world Where can I be an even better person? Where can the world be an even better place and what can I do about it?
Constant. A warrior of light does not settle for mediocrity. Never. The goals he sets himself are high, since he knows intuitively that his "highest" light is needed to be able to carry out the change.
The "Who am I" exercise
If you've been following me for a while then you already know you exercise. But you can never repeat them often enough. Just as you might meditate daily or do your yoga exercises, you can do the “Who am I-exercise” again and again, in every situation in life – several times a day.
You are at the supermarket checkout: ask yourself: Who am I right now and is this who I want to be? Maybe you're annoyed because the person sitting at the checkout feels extremely slow again. So: who are you: an annoyed person? Is this what you wanna be? If so, great, then be annoyed. If not. Take a deep breath (consciously breathe deeply in and out, slowly and steadily - helps almost everywhere) and ask yourself: What light do you want to bring into the world? In such a case, for example, I would like to bring patience and kindness into the world.
Waiting a minute more or less doesn't ultimately make the cabbage fat. And my being annoyed will not make the people at the checkout any faster either, on the contrary, pressure always generates counter-pressure. But with kindness I create relaxation: in myself and in others. So I decide to be patient and friendly… of course, many other things are also possible. And you can do that in any situation throughout the day. As a result, you will arrive more and more on your light-filled side and bring this light more into the world.
"Yes, but I'm in a hurry, so I can't wait relaxed at the checkout now!" The more you immerse yourself in the warrior of light energy, you will feel that "Yes, but...!" objections always stir you from your dormant take away the middle. In the resistance, in the fight, in the childish defiance. If you act from your light-filled center and point 2 “constant questioning” would like to bring us to this, then there is no need for “Yes, but!”, no excuses and no more nice talking.
You are with yourself - honest and unvarnished. You know you don't need to defend yourself. Nobody has to agree with you, it's enough that you can stand by your opinion. "Yes, but!" always prevents real perception of the other and of yourself. You do not perceive what the other says, you are actually full of your own crap.
Excuses prevent change. A thousand reasons why you can't do something now. As a warrior of light, you are increasingly making excuses. Either you do something and you are someone, or you don't do it and you aren't. You don't have to make excuses for that. And excuses are always inventions.
A self-deception to keep oneself trapped in one's own mush pot. And you know what, that's totally fine. We're free. We can have as many excuses as we want. But you undermine being your light warrior.
It's the same with "talking nice" - talking nice prevents the willingness to look at the dark points in one's own life and they prevent the possibility of change towards the better, towards something fulfilling. A good sign to look through 'Schnelle schön' is the magical little word 'actually' or its brothers and sisters, like 'before', 'but', 'otherwise it/he/she isn't like that' etc.
Actually, I'm fine. Our relationship used to be so great. But otherwise he's not really like that. And as you say it, you feel frustrated, lacking energy, drained, fed up with life.

excuses
The task of the warrior of light is to transcend all these states of being: no more excuses - communicate honestly who you are, what you need, what you want and what you don't want. Yes, and others don't have to think that's great. It is about keeping your energy source clean and pure so that your light does not dry up.
If you don't want to go to the family reunion, tell whoever invited you. And tell me honestly why not. – but be careful: always choose your words wisely, not hurtfully (it may be that the other person still feels hurt. Many people prefer to hear excuses than the real reason), and above all lovingly. Yes, this is practice stuff. It may well be that we may be too harsh at first when speaking our truth. Fine tuning will come over time, however, as we practice the "who am I" exercise.
No more "yes, but"
Pay more attention to when you say “Yes, but” yourself. How are you feeling at the moment. Do you feel like you have to defend yourself, don't you want to listen to ideas from others or, right, right? Begin to become more aware of others and to perceive yourself. Learn to listen and accept what enriches you and let go what doesn't fit now.
No more nice talk
As a warrior of light, you are doing yourself a disservice by glossing over a world in which you are unhappy, which makes you aggressive, drained and frustrated. Have the courage to also look at the "ugly" sides of your creation and start changing them so that all areas of your life are beautiful and do you good. Yes, that is possible. But not if we go into the avoidance strategy with "Yes, but" - "Excuses and nice talk".
As a light warrior, it is a task to initiate change, how is that supposed to work if you are not willing to change your own life towards the better, more beautiful, more conscious.
And the next trait of a light warrior also fits in very well with this: truthfulness. You have an incredibly good antenna for lies and for people who are not truthful, i.e. deceive themselves and others, want to sell something that is not. As a warrior of light, you are called upon to truly commit yourself to truthfulness in everything.
And here one thing leads to another. No more excuses, but honestly and truthfully expressing how you are doing. No more talking nice, but honestly and truthfully illuminating the weak points in your own life and putting them in order. Yes, nobody said that the way of the light warrior is an easy one. On the contrary, the way there can be incredibly mentally "hard" - but at some point you will come to the point where the light warrior path is easy and wonderful and you do not want to miss it under any circumstances.
In the realm of a light warrior, there will come a time when there is no room for lies. And they no longer play the game of lies. That doesn't mean that we have to rub everyone's face in the face that they're lying. That's not the job. The others are welcome to lie, but we no longer have to enter into the web of lies of the others. just leave it alone
Exercise in truthfulness
It's actually quite simple and yet sometimes so difficult. The best exercise for this area: just stop lying. Finished. Don't lie to yourself anymore, don't lie to others anymore. Own your own mistakes. Bear the consequences of your own actions.
Clean up the crap you screwed up. Finished. The world would look very different if no one would lie anymore. But it's enough if everyone starts with themselves. The nice thing: you no longer need to remember made-up stories and only at this point do you arrive at your true BEING and your true light. As long as we lie, we dim our energy every time, with every lie. So: just let it be. And if you can't, try to figure out why the truth scares you. What consequences do you fear? What you hope for from your lies.
But at some point on your light warrior path you will be allowed to leave the lies behind you, otherwise none will follow you and you will not create the change that is so urgently needed.
You can hardly impress an awakened light warrior with status symbols. The more he goes his own way, the less important material goods become. The further a light warrior goes, the more important it becomes for him that he is mentally well. Therefore, he does not bind his heart to material things.
But that doesn't mean he's careless or disrespectful about things. On the contrary, a warrior of light always treats creation with care and attention, even in its material form of expression. He doesn't need 10 pairs of shoes, but a good one that accompanies him until they fall apart. A light warrior travels with light luggage, both spiritually and materially.
But be careful, that's a path he's evolving towards. Mentally, the light warrior strives to tidy up, to make peace with his past, to take good care of wounds, to no longer carry around emotional ballast from others.
In the material, the light warrior learns to let go. He doesn't actually get attached to any material objects at all: no house, no car, no jewelry, etc. That doesn't mean he doesn't have it. It means that if his soul called, he could, without regret, let it all go and move on to where his light is needed. To where he feels comfortable and can unfold his light.
Exercise soul over matter
Do some research on yourself: how well you deal with the things in your life. Just start with your apartment: is it tidy? Does every part have its place? Do you appreciate the "nice" things you could afford like good books, soul sprays, the big screen TV, your books? When the soul's call came to move on: what could you let go of? What not?
How full is your soul backpack? How full is your material backpack? What material goods do you have to take care of so that they don't get neglected? How are you with that?
The invitation on the path of the light warrior is: to become mentally and materially "light" so that you can act freely. Surround yourself with things and energies that are good for you. Who lift you up and who help you to let your light become even brighter and more radiant.
Find the place where you can truly feel at home, where you can empower yourself, where you can feel inspired and free. Breathe freely, create freely, create freely. The world is waiting for you - the mental as well as the material. But the material serves to develop your soul and not to suppress it or make it dependent.
Let's come to an absolutely central trait. As long as this is not activated, everything is nothing. You are only a true warrior of light if you always, really always have love with you. Again: without love everything is nothing. Or as John Lennon put it so beautifully: "All you need is love!"
We are then happy to think of a love relationship. But that's not what it means at all. It's about "being love" in every moment of your being. Yes, even if you are angry, annoyed, sad... you can always be love at the core.
A warrior of light without love ultimately destroys himself first. Love is the catalyst that causes the light warrior creation to flourish. Yes, I know it's difficult sometimes, especially considering what we're seeing out in the world right now. They can spread feelings like anger, hate, etc. too quickly. But from these feelings one does not develop "light creation", but causes struggle.
With the Light Warrior Path there is always an invitation to draw from love: from your love for animals to be vegan – from your love for Gaia removing the garbage – from your love for people (and this is where it often gets difficult – people do it in their Do not always easily express ourselves to remain in love - and this is perhaps where the true master task for a light warrior lies) to change the world and yourself more and more with light.
