A. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is:

  • For deliveries of goods : fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

  • For digital content (e.g. downloads, online courses) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier: fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Consumers do not have the right of withdrawal.

  • who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose residence and delivery address are located outside the EU at the time of conclusion of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content if we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed that we should begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

General information on returns

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials.

  2. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure suitable packaging to protect against transport damage.

  3. Do not return the goods freight collect.

Note: These points are not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
