- Is this really my belief?
- Do I feel this from within myself – or because someone else expects it of me?
- Is that me – or am I speaking with the voice of my mother, my partner, or society?
Only through this conscious confrontation can space be created for your true self.

Many of us have surrendered our inner throne – to family, to friends, to the opinions of others. But your life belongs to you. Only you have the right to decide who you want to be and where your path should lead you.
The most important question is not: "Do others like me?"
But: “Do I love myself – just as I am?”
