How do I find the right soul spray?

About your current life topic

Try not to define your "problem area" too broadly and not too narrowly. And don't forget: Be as honest with yourself as possible. Free yourself from the opinions and ideas of the people around you. Your spray, your theme. Put yourself in the center. The more honest you are with yourself, the more likely it is that the right spray will find you.

An example: Your topic is " relationship ". Now that's very broad. Let's go a little deeper: What exactly is your topic in the "relationship" area? Is it trust ? is it freedom Is it devotion ? The clearer you are, the easier it will be to find the right spray for you from the summaries

About the color

Sometimes you have several sprays to choose from for your topic - 1. you can work with several sprays combined and 2. feel inside yourself which color appeals to you the most, where you feel drawn to now. You can always work across rows here, ie you then choose the green spray from the basic row, one from the angel row and maybe one from the home row. In general, though, I would always recommend working with the sprays you're drawn to. Not the ones you "think" would be appropriate right now. Trust your feelings, a valuable key to soul work

oracles

If you're having a hard time deciding or if your mind is always rattling between you, a great way to find out which spray is right for you right now is the oracle.

Who doesn't love it: a little magic sprays on the way to your souls. I present you a very simple method here, but of course you are free to change it, transform it or make something completely different out of it.

Write down the sprays that you find good at the moment on slips of paper. Each note a spray. You can make as many notes as you want. Fold the slips of paper so that they all look the same and then mix them up properly or throw them into a bag or bowl (I always use my singing bowl for this) - then decide how many sprays you want to work with at most.

Then take a little moment, breathe in and out. Think of the topic you want to work with now. Then stretch out your hand (left or right hand works - use the one that feels right for you) - hold it over your paper and where you feel drawn, you take the paper (this can create a feeling of heaviness/lightness - a tingling sensation - a feeling of warmth/cold etc.)

Put the note you drew aside (preferably not looking at it yet) and keep drawing until you reach your maximum number or until you feel that's enough.

Then look at the slip of paper you drew and feel (not "think") into it to see if it feels good. These sprays want to come to you now

Caution: Advanced Tip: If you're already working with sprays, or are on the path of initiation, or don't quite know how to narrow down your topic, I recommend the following draw question. Close your eyes and inwardly feel "Which spray/which sprays are/is right for me now" and then you draw a piece of paper or several pieces of paper as described above

let yourself be surprised which spray(s) would like to come to you now

And don't forget: Choosing soul sprays for yourself can be fun and enjoyable.

And one more possibility

Of course you can also "test" your suitable soul spray, for example kinesiologically, with a biotensor or similar.

Another good way of "testing" is to go by smell. For this we have added the "minis" to our shop. So that you have the opportunity to test, smell and try out the sprays that attract you on a "small scale" before you finally decide on a larger version of your spray(s).

I have written to you in this book for each spray which natural essential oils are contained in it and an approximate description of how it smells. However, nothing is more subjective than the perception and description of scents.

so trying it out, getting to know it and testing it yourself is always a good choice
