Old souls frustration points
Hello dear soulmates,
As you know, I am opening up the world of the old souls anew with the project “Atlantis and the 13 Star Homes”. In the course of this I have now connected intensively with Lemuria for many days and was able to immerse myself in this extraordinary energy of peace, connectedness and carefree life.
Especially when you connect with this gentle energy, I can understand that the current world is incredibly frustrating for many Old Souls. I know that there is always someone around the corner who says that old souls should be so wise, so enlightened, in order to stand above things.
I can tell you, don't let these people put you under any more pressure. Just because the world frustrates you at times doesn't mean you aren't spiritual. I can understand the frustration very well, but there is an art to mastering it. It's possible, and maybe you'd like to dive in a little with me here.
#1 demotion
Here we are at the first point of frustration. Other souls like to demote Old Souls who come out. Perhaps by telling that they can remember other incarnations. Maybe because they feel they once had wings etc. As with the spell above. It likes to say, "If you really were an Old Soul, then... - you wouldn't be frustrated, angry, sad!"
And now I really have to say: what nonsense. Just because you're an Old Soul doesn't mean you're supposed to have dark feelings? Really now? We are souls incarnated in a human body and yes we have feelings. And they're not always rainbow-colored farting unicorns. No they are not. On the contrary. I believe that old souls in particular often have to deal with difficult feelings because they can see behind the facade. Because they no longer allow themselves to be fooled, not even in the spiritual scene. The art is:
stay true to yourself
You are the only one who knows if you are an Old Soul, if you are a Lemurian, if you once had wings, if you have a Star Home. You don't need confirmation from those around you. Don't let yourself be unsettled, especially not by complete strangers.
Spirituality cannot be measured. Spirituality is not a competition. There is no bigger, further, faster or better. Spirituality is not meditating floating a meter off the ground and beautiful flashes of light behind your closed eyes. Ultimately, spirituality is always lived "I am" states, which the spiral of soul development swings into the full of light.
I know it sounds complicated, and sometimes it is. But everything starts with you and ends with you. Who are you and who do you want to be and follow this path, no matter what others think or think of you.
So stay true to yourself. Be ready to live your truth and change your truth according to your experiences and insights. Nothing is set in stone forever.
#2 Futility
Another point of frustration that one can sometimes overcome, especially as an Old Soul, when the memories are awakening is the sense of futility. You feel that you have already mastered so many incarnations. Have experienced so much suffering and pain. Yes, also so much joy and love. But still... we've come and gone so many times in the timeline and people are still at war. cheating themselves.
Allowing others to starve and drown while still finding good reasons why this is right. Destroying the basis of human life. Lying to avoid responsibility. Find excuses not to change their behavior. One has the feeling that human cognitive development is incredibly slow. And yes, that can be frustrating at times.
And then questions of why can arise. Why should I be a vegan when everyone else doesn't give a damn that animals suffer? Why should I sort garbage when other people just dump their stuff in the ocean? Why should I do without when others don't give a damn about the world? Why should I always be the stupid one who helps while everyone else has no time?
I'll tell you why: Because only "YOU" can change the world. And each and every "DU". If you give up, then all is lost. If YOU no longer believe in the good and live the good, then who should do it. Every change, big or small, starts with yourself.
Here is the art:
Do not give up
Stay true to your values, your beliefs, your inner wisdom, and it doesn't matter what everyone else out there is doing. Even if you are the only vegan among thousands, you are the one for whom no animal has to die anymore. Even if you are the only one who no longer uses plastic bags, because of you no animal will finally die in the sea because of it.
Changing the world is never pointless, even if we have moments when it seems so. YOU count every moment. Incidentally, the next point of frustration also goes with this point:
#3 Being alone
So often you have the feeling that you are alone. Just knowing you're an Old Soul. Alone on the way to do something against climate change. Just believing that the current monetary system or school system or political system is kind of crap. You get the feeling that everyone is trotting along, while you could walk up the ceiling yourself.
You can't imagine how many emails I get each week from beautiful souls who have that very feeling of "being alone" in realizing we can't go on like this. "To be alone" with the visions for a better society, a better life for all on Gaia. "To be alone" knowing that you are an Old Soul. That feeling of "being alone" can be incredibly frustrating. But, believe me, you are not alone, even though it often feels that way.
But old souls in particular are lighthouses and yes, they are never actually in a bunch, but already spread out so that their light can be seen from everywhere, which people can use to orient themselves in the dark. You have taken your place as a lighthouse and you know there are many other lighthouses out there that, like you, bravely withstand the storm and the darkness and love to give light into it.
Here is the great art:
The energy of your soul home is always there for you, we just need to actively reconnect with it. This can be done in many ways, such as soul sprays, meditations, dream journeys, breathing exercises, learning to channel or otherwise connecting to the other side.
I find this connection to be deeply beneficial and since the connection has been with me, there has never been a moment when the frustration has overwhelmed me, as it often did many years ago. So find your way to reconnect with your soul home.
The second important connection is the connection to Gaia, the planet that is so magnificently home to us as long as we are incarnated here. Here, too, we are allowed to establish an active connection. Connecting to Gaia is far easier than connecting to the soul home. All you have to do is find a piece of grass or earth, stand on it barefoot and breathe and feel.
Gaia lives. Gaia is a great living being, which breathes, which creates and we in our "self-aggrandizement" forget it so often and again and again. Find your way to build a loving connection to this amazing being.
We thus make the connection to heaven once and the connection to earth once. In this way we are securely stretched between the worlds and can continue on our way in this incarnation.
#4 systems
Too often, old souls in particular have the feeling that they somehow don't fit into the system. The system is perceived as an opponent, which hinders one from freely following one's calling. The monetary system, the school system, the political system, the work system, everything often seems strange and actually unfriendly to people. As soon as old souls connect to their primal soul homeland, the feeling can take away at first.
You suddenly remember how free and beautiful life was without money pressure, without pressure to perform, etc. One remembers that it was possible to live differently in community, to grow up differently, to grow old differently, to live love differently and the systems of this incarnation seem to take your breath away. Yes, this is really very frustrating.
The art here is:
stay with you
I know that sounds strange at first, doesn't it? how to stay with me When we start fighting the systems, we almost always lose ourselves. Fighting something always creates a losing energy on both sides. It's about finding a way for you to live your life (and that of your children).
It is important for you to find out what is really important to you, what you want to stand for or where your authenticity lies and then you will always find a way, even in existing systems, to be able to go your own way that is not in the general current.
I hope I was able to give you a little inspiration for your life and your life path with this little article.
Thank you for giving me some of your time.
Love, your Jennifer
